Abides by the Medical Staff By-Laws, Code of Medical Ethics, Rules and Regulations of the Medical Staff and those specific to the department.
Provides the highest attainable standard of medical care for the patients for whom he/she is responsible.
Carries out full range of inpatient and outpatient clinical duties as assigned by the Chief of Obstetrics & Gynaecology in accordance with individually approved clinical privileges.
Participates in the on-call duties as required by the Department.
Teaches staff assigned for training purposes, and participates with Chief of Obstetrics & Gynaecology and Head of Medical Education in planning a programme of a career development for trainees.
Participates in the improvement of Quality of Patient Care (CQI&PS Programme, Quality Assessment Improvement Programme) as applicable.
Fulfills the requirements of the Saudi Council for Health Specialties with regard to continuing medical.

توفير أقصى مستوى يمكن بلوغه من الرعاية الطبية للمرضى المسئول عنهم

القيام بمهام كاملة من الواجبات الطبية للمرضى المنومين والمرضى الزائرين على النحو الذي يحدده رئيس قسم النساء وفقًا للامتيازات الطبية المعتمدة بشكل فردي 

المشاركة في المناوابات وفقاً لمتطلبات قسم النساء والولادة.

القيام بتثقيف الموظفين المعينين لأغراض التدريب ، والمشاركة مع رئيس قسم النساء ورئيس التعليم الطبي في التخطيط لبرنامج التطوير الوظيفي للمتدربين.

المشاركة في برامج تطوير الجودة وسلامة المرضى حسب الحاجة لذلك.

تحقيق متطلبات الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية فيما يتعلق بالتعليم الطبي المستمر.

Self motivated and with awareness of current trends in the field.

Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.

Ability to speak, write and read Arabic and English.

القدرة على العمل في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.
