4.1.1  Practice nursing in accordance with professional values and moral principles and mainsails confidentiality as appropriate.

4.1.5 Perform other applicable tasks and duties within the realm of her knowledge, skills and abilities as assigned and delegated in accordance with hospital policy.

4.1.6 Consults and coordinates with health care team members 10 assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans. Prepares and administers ( orally, subcukneously, through an IV) add records prescribed medication. Reports adverse reactions to medications or heathens in accordance with the policy regarding the administration of medications or treatments in accordance with the policy regarding the administration of medications by a licensed registered nurse.

4.1.7 Monitors and adjusts specialized equipment used on patients, and interprets and records electronic displays, such as- intracranial pressures, central venous pressures, pulmonary artery pressures 

4.1.8 Monitors catheters, Ieads and tubing for proper placement and functioning

4.1.9 Initiates connective action whenever information from monitoring / file suppose equipment shows adverse symptomatically.

4.1.10 Acts as patient advocate by supporting the basic rights, values and beliefs of the patient.

4,l,11 Communications to family / significant others appropriate information patients condition.

4,1.12 Performs other position-rclaled duties as assigned, depending on assignment setting. 4,1.13 Participates in Nursing Continuous equality improvement initiatives, in - service education programs, unit meeting and committee functions as assigned.

4.1,14 Maintains appropriate nursing competencies in line with department of Nursing Competency Guidelines and continues personal professional development

4.1,15 Responsible for safe keeping of narcotics when in-charge.

4.1,16 Monitor and maintains stock of consumables / clinical supplies.

4,1.17 Maintain professional license.
