اخصائي إحصاء (Statistician Specialist )

1 Collection of hospital and clinic tally sheets and other statistical documents.

2 Collating, classifying, and transcribing of data for summary.

3 Identification and correction of errors in data submitted by other hospital departments and units.

4 Data entry operations and production of report printouts.

5 Preparation and compilation of various statistical reports.

6 Production of statistical/analytical graphs.

7 Analysis and interpretation of statistical data.

8 Distribution and circulation of reports 

9 Maintenance and upkeep of office documents and other statistical files.

10 Handling of communications and correspondence within the TQM statistical section.

11 Checking, verifying and reviewing of all incoming and outgoing statistical documents and analysis of discrepancies.

12 Designing and drafting of appropriate data collection forms and worksheets, and preparation of written guidelines for completion.

13 Provision of interdepartmental statistical assistance to CQI Departmentally approved projects .

14 Provision of guidance and advice to other hospital staff regarding data sources, special studies, research projects, and on noted discrepancies.

15 .Performance of other statistical projects studies and other tasks at the discretion of the CQI & PS Director.

16 CQI statistical technicians inn their daily activities.

17 Training and orientation of CQI statistical technicians.

18 Coordination of comprehensive CQI statistics section.

19 Apprising the TQM Director on an ongoing basis of CQI & PS statistics section activities and compliance with established departmental standards.

20 Initiating research studies and development projects, as needed.

21 Performing statistical analysis and tests of various kinds of research studies.

22 Supporting staff statistical needs including statistics expertise and research methodology.

23 Assuring confidentiality of patient, employee and practitioner information.

24 Guiding the continued professional growth and development of all CQI statistics section personnel.

25 Acting in a public relations capacity throughout the Program in promoting the concepts of CQI to all departments and services.

26 Developing and maintaining TQM computerized statistical system/programs.

10 التعامل مع الاتصالات والمراسلات داخل القسم الإحصائي لإدارة الجودة الشاملة.

11 فحص جميع الوثائق الإحصائية الواردة والصادرة والتحقق منها ومراجعتها وتحليل التناقضات.

12 تصميم وصياغة نماذج وأوراق عمل مناسبة لجمع البيانات ، وإعداد مبادئ توجيهية مكتوبة لاستكمالها.

13 تقديم المساعدة الإحصائية المشتركة بين الإدارات لمشروعات CQI المعتمدة إدارياً.

14 تقديم التوجيه والمشورة لموظفي المستشفى الآخرين فيما يتعلق بمصادر البيانات والدراسات الخاصة والمشاريع البحثية والتناقضات الملحوظة.

15 - أداء دراسات المشاريع الإحصائية الأخرى والمهام الأخرى حسب تقدير مدير CQI & PS. يقوم

16 فنيًا إحصائيًا من CQI في أنشطتهم اليومية.

17 تدريب وتوجيه فنيي الإحصاء CQI.

18 تنسيق قسم إحصاءات CQI الشامل.

19 اعتماد مدير إدارة الجودة الشاملة على أساس مستمر لأنشطة قسم إحصاءات CQI & PS والامتثال لمعايير الإدارات المعمول بها.

20- بدء الدراسات البحثية والمشاريع التطويرية حسب الحاجة.

21- إجراء التحاليل والاختبارات الإحصائية لمختلف أنواع الدراسات البحثية.

22 دعم الاحتياجات الإحصائية للموظفين بما في ذلك الخبرة الإحصائية ومنهجية البحث.

23 ضمان سرية معلومات المريض والموظف والممارس.

24 توجيه النمو المهني المستمر وتطوير جميع العاملين في قسم إحصائيات CQI.

25 العمل في مجال العلاقات العامة في جميع أنحاء البرنامج في تعزيز مفاهيم CQI لجميع الإدارات والخدمات.

26 تطوير وصيانة نظام / برامج إحصائية محوسبة لإدارة الجودة الشاملة.

1 Bachelor Degree in Bio Statistics and/or Applied Statistics.

2 Current working knowledge in CQI & PS is productive measurement, Medical Research Studies, and ability to interpret all types of statistics 

3 At least 5 (Five) years experience in a similar role in a multispecialty hospital.

4 Excellent current working proficiency in microcomputer operations  (Fox Pro, R&R, SPSS, BMDP, statistica, Harvard Graphics or equivalent 

5 Excellent verbal and written skills in English.

6 Ability to communicate in Arabic on a conversational level preferred

1 بكالوريوس في الإحصاء الحيوي و / أو الإحصاء التطبيقي او ذو علاقة.

2 المعرفة العملية الحالية في CQI & PS هي القياس الإنتاجي ودراسات البحوث الطبية والقدرة على تفسير جميع أنواع الإحصائيات

3 خبرة لا تقل عن

5 (خمس) سنوات في دور مماثل في مستشفى متعدد التخصصات.

4 إتقان ممتاز للعمل الحالي في عمليات الحواسيب الصغيرة (Fox Pro ، R&R ، SPSS ، BMDP ، statistica ، Harvard Graphics أو ما يعادلها5 مهارات شفهية وكتابية ممتازة في اللغة الإنجليزية.

6 القدرة على التواصل باللغة العربية على مستوى المحادثة المفضل
