Job Description

  • Assist in monitoring and coordinating, maintenance and updating of job salaries within the college.
  • Assist in the development, maintenance and utilization of the Human Resources system.
  • Assist managers to clarify and improve job design, career ladders, generic functions, position qualifications and other aspects of organization structure.
  • Assist department heads with the development of their organization and stuffing level.
  • Assist the reviewing position qualifications and licensure requirements for compliance with kingdom and PSMCHS guidelines.
  • Assist analyzing position relative to both internal and external factors to ensure proper placement in the grade structure.
  • Assist in reviewing salaries, grades, salary tables and other benefit.
  • Assis in sourcing and managing market intelligence for remuneration practices to ensure PSMCHS asserts itself in a leading-edge role.
  • Assist department heads with the development of their organization and staff levels.
  • Attend meeting as required and participate on committees as requested.
  • Support the Directorate and organizational management in identifying skills and performance gaps and other employee developmental need, conducting needs assessments and making recommendation to address identified need.
  • Assist in developing, delivering, maintaining internal training and professional development models forms, policies, and procedure. 
  • Assist in HR related projection in coordination with internal and external department. 
  • Work as team member to update, review-staffing planning in a periodic basis.
  • Keep abreast of global and national pay review and advice PSMCHS of same
  • Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee’s knowledge, skills and abilities.

   

Skills Description

  • Good standard of oral and written communications skills in Arabic and English.
  • Computer skills.

  • Ability to prioritize work and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multi-cultural environment.
