Job Description
- Assist in creating plans for the development and review of policies and procedures of the Unit.
- Produce timely reports and respond to request. for Entrepreneurship project data as required.
- Keeps all unit activities in alignment with the vice deanship's mission/goals and maintains consistency with the college’s mission and goals.
- Encourages entrepreneurial thinking and explores ways to nurture entrepreneurs in college.
- Recognizes promising ideas and find ways to integrate them into the college’s future plans and dismiss ideas that are ineffective, costly, or beyond the scope of the college’s mission or abilities.
- Assist in providing training opportunities to connect and inspire the college community to engage in Entrepreneurship.
- Inspires the entrepreneurial team to do more and better work using brainstorming sessions, team meetings and other strategic tools.
- Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee’s knowledge, skills and abilities.
Skills Description
- Computer competency in word processing, presentation, and Spreadsheet software.
- Well-informed of the patent system and policies related to Entrepreneurship.
- Working knowledge of statistical analyses software.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
