DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 4.1      Promote healthy lifestyles for individuals, families, and communities.

4.2       Provides health education on one to one basis and group health education sessions.

4.3       Assess the specific health education and care needs of the clients and provide health education advice according to the needs of the client.

4.4       Gives support to the families and talks with parents about any concerns that may arise.

4.5       Prepare and give leaflets to patients and families according to their situation.

4.6       Responsible for ensuring that any documentation in connection with his/her work is both accurate and legible.

4.7       Utilizes supplies and equipment economically and effectively.

4.8       Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills, and abilities.
