Job Description
- Manages day to day activities within the Facilities Stores and responsible for efficient Operation of Facilities Store System.
- Accepts material deliveries from suppliers, issues GRN and informs the Director of Operations & Maintenance or originator of material arrival.
- Liaises with the Programme supplies staff as necessary to ensure smooth passage of paper work.
- Issues material from the store in compliance with the company’s issuing procedure.
- Ensures safe storage of material not issued.
- Provides the Planning Manager with reports on stocks levels and other storage issues.
- Assists where necessary in the Procurement activities of the Facilities Department.
- Carries out stock audits from time to time.
Skills Description
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to use computer terminals for data entry
