Duties and Responsibilities
- Collection of data on patient records using pre-determine criteria and indicators.
- Help in collecting and entering the incident reported to the CQI & PS Department.
- Assist in developing forms and worksheets for data collection.
- Assist in incident report entry in computerized data sheet.
- Assist in collecting other data from different areas including medical record, morbidities, survey and auditing.
- Participates in quality improvement projects as directed.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Perform other duties, tasks within the scope of knowledge and abilities as requested by supervisor.
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
- Basic Computer skills.
- Background knowledge in CQI & PS, Statistics and data entry - preferred.
- Team Player Personality.
