Duties and Responsibilities
4.1 Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates individual patient care.
4.2 Supervises junior and new staff and participates in orientation and development program.
4.3 Takes charge of the unit in the absence of the person responsible as required or requested.
4.4 Participates in the on-going training and development program of the department/unit.
4.5 Takes responsibility for his/her own professional conduct and growth.
4.6 Acts in accordance with all agreed Hospital and Departmental policies and procedures at all times.
4.7 Behaves in a professional manner at all times.
4.9 Protects patients’ confidentiality in accordance with the hospital policy
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Possess professional, friendly and warm demeanor with effective collaborative communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in Basic Computer (Microsoft Office).
