Duties and Responsibilities
5.1 Data collections on patient records using pre-determine criteria and indicators.
5.2 Help collecting and reviewing the incident reported to the CQI&PS Department.
5.3 Assist in developing forms and worksheet for data collection.
5.4 Assist in collecting other data including morbidities, mortalities, survey, auditing.
5.5 Participates in CQI&PS education and training activities especially in Nursing Department
5.6 Participates in other quality improvement projects as directed.
5.7 Attend different Hospital Standing teams meetings as required and instructed.
5.8 Performs other duties, tasks within the scope of knowledge and abilities as requested by supervisor.
5.9 Provide education for patients and families when ever needed
Skills
- With minimum 3 years experience in Nursing and 2 years experience in Healthcare Quality.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English
- Basic Computer skills
- Presentation and communication skills
- Team Player Personality
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Certificate in Healthcare Quality or related field
