Quality Specialist

·         Monitor and document a program for patient safety.

·         Document, monitor and analyze incident reports and sentinel event and put action plan to prevent it reoccurrence.

·         Monitor, analyze and reduce medical errors in all departments and implement an action plan to reduce it.

·         Report all medical errors report to Patient Safety division.

·         Monitor and reduce risk in work environment and encourage staff to improve work environment.

·         Maintain confidentiality at all times

·         Self-motivated and with awareness of current trends in the field.

·         Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.

·         Ability to assume greater responsibility in matters of patient care.

·         Commitment to learning and training in pursuance of a career in his chosen speciality
