Duties and Responsibilities
5.1 Plan design and develop orientation program hospital wide.
5.2 Develop policies and standards on staff improvement in consultation with CQI&PS Director.
5.3 Implement CQI concepts in all work processes through continuous education & training.
5.4 Provide on Job Training according to work requirement & needs to improve processes of work and quality control.
5.5 Regular training in Patient Safety Goals (6 goals identified in JCI).
5.6 Monitor and document Continuous Professional Development (CPD) activities in all departments.
5.7 Participate on a staffing plan for the health care facility which should be reviewed regularly according to requirements and changes in workload.
5.8 Empower staff to improve processes of work.
5.9 Regular training of quality improvement (QI) Facilitator in all departments to improve work processes.
5.10 Monitor and document training logs on the Program of Infection Control, patient safety and environmental safety.
5.11 Revision of Clinical Privileging granted to medical staff according to their credentials and experience every two years.
5.12 Perform staff satisfaction surveys to improve quality work process (at least once/year).
5.13 Arrange, monitor and document log of regular training on Evidence Based Health Care (EBHC) tools for all Medical and Paramedical staffs in coordination with EBM team.
5.14 Ensures availability of training facilities and resource materials.
5.15 Report compliance status of staff development of all facilities to the CQI&PS Director.
5.16 Perform any other duties as assigned by the CQI&PS Director.
Skills
8.1 Current knowledge of JCI / CBAHI Standards.
8.2 Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
8.3 Computer skills: Microsoft Office

8.5 Team Player Personality
Education
M.B.B.CH. Healthcare related field with practical experience in CQI&PS Health Care. Certified Health Care Quality Management and/or Training and Education and/or Staff Development – preferred. Master Degree in Public Health
