Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide explanation and clarification, where necessary and ensure adherence to the Terms and Conditions of the Employment Contract and approved Hospital policies and procedures.
- Create and maintain comprehensive and accurate files for each employee and ensure that access to these files is limited to authorized persons.
- Accomplish all employee transaction in a responsive, timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain establishment control records for each department, ensuring that staffing levels remain within the approved limits.
- Utilize the Human Resources System for direct input of data in accordance with established guidelines and safeguards.
- Compile and collate statistics relating to recruitment, turnover, categories of employees, etc.
- Prepare promotion formats as per terms and conditions and in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Attend interviews in accordance with currently followed procedures.
- Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee’s knowledge, skills and abilities.
Skills
- Computer literate.
- Good command of English, both oral and written.
