Duties and Responsibilities
4.1 Review reports and prepares quarterly reports on Standing Teams of the hospital.
4.2 Assists in developing guidelines to monitor Incident Report and Sentinel Events.
4.3 Review concurrent, retrospective (open- closed) patient Medical Records
4.4 Document progress and actions taken and prepare complete report for Sentinel Event Management.
4.5 Facilitate implementation of quality management program.
4.6 Maintain all control documents and ensure updates
4.7 Develops plans to monitor teams’ performance using indicators.
4.8 Participate in other CQI & PS Department activities for monitoring, revision and supervision.
4.9 Identifies problems in areas of responsibility.
4.10 Performs other duties/task activities as assigned by supervisor.
4.11 Formulates and suggest actions to meet the identified needs.
Skills
Excellent verbal and written skills: - English
Computer skills: Microsoft Office
Skills in communication and presentation, Arabic verbal/written – preferred
