Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and develop requests for proposal and associated tender documents.
- Assist in the implementation of the tendering process and preparation of tender documentation.
- Assist and advise in the bid evaluation process and preparation of subsequent detailed contract documents for review by the Senior Contracts Administrator.
- Participate in the negotiations with successful bidders.
- Review and monitor contract compliance.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian rules and regulations pertaining to procurement of Government purchases.
- High standard of written and oral communication skills in English.
Bachelor or Master Degree in related specialty, i.e., Accountancy, Business Administration, Economics, or Law.
