Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the analysis and preparation of spreadsheets for tender documents and evaluation.
- Analyze and maintain statistical and historical information concerning tender and contract documents.
- Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc reports as required.
- Undertake administrative work in all other office related matters as required.
- Experience/familiarity with word processing, spreadsheet programs, e.g., Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office Applications.
- High standard of written and oral communication skills in English.
Two (2) years Diploma in Administrative related field Or Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative related field.
