.4.1 Do routine checking everyday of all the computers in the department and checking if the Wi-Fi signals are good and if the computers have access in The System.

4.2 Carries out fault finding and repairing of all installed computers and its peripherals in the whole department.

4.3 Performs planned preventive maintenance of PC hardware and software like updating the anti-virus, making back up image, computer cleaning, to check and assess if the computer needs parts replacement and make request for it.

4.4 Identifies defective parts and arranges for the purchase of a replacement through administration and purchasing officer.

4.5 Attends to calls concerning problems with their computer and determines if the reported problems are hardware or software related and fixes the problem accordingly. 

4.6 Provide or demand set up and installation of Desktop PC, hash machines and printers.

4.7 Install or set up computer hardware, install necessary software and provides trouble shooting support.

4.8 If any problem with regards to any computer which is beyond the technicians capabilities and resources, IS&T department will be contacted for technical and resource support.

4.9 Maintains a clean and tidy work area.

4.1 قم بالفحص الروتيني يوميًا لجميع أجهزة الكمبيوتر الموجودة في القسم ومعرفة ما إذا كانت إشارات Wi-Fi جيدة وما إذا كان يمكن لأجهزة الكمبيوتر الوصول إلى النظام.4.2 تنفيذ اكتشاف الأخطاء وإصلاح جميع أجهزة الكمبيوتر المثبتة والأجهزة الطرفية في القسم بأكمله.4.3 إجراء الصيانة الوقائية المخططة لأجهزة وبرامج الكمبيوتر مثل تحديث برنامج مكافحة الفيروسات ، وعمل نسخة احتياطية من الصورة ، وتنظيف جهاز الكمبيوتر ، لفحص وتقييم ما إذا كان الكمبيوتر يحتاج إلى استبدال قطع الغيار وطلب ذلك.4.4 يحدد الأجزاء المعيبة وترتب لشراء بديل من خلال الإدارة والمشتريات المسؤول.4.5 يحضر إلى المكالمات المتعلقة بالمشاكل مع أجهزة الكمبيوتر الخاصة بهم ويحدد ما إذا كانت المشاكل المبلغ عنها هي الأجهزة أو البرامج ذات الصلة وإصلاح المشكلة وفقا لذلك.4.6 توفير أو طلب إعداد وتثبيت أجهزة كمبيوتر سطح المكتب وآلات التجزئة والطابعات.4.7 تثبيت أو إعداد أجهزة الكمبيوتر ، وتثبيت البرامج اللازمة ، وتوفير الدعم لحل المشاكل.4.8 في حالة وجود أي مشكلة فيما يتعلق بأي كمبيوتر يتجاوز قدرات وموارد الفنيين ، سيتم الاتصال بقسم IS&T للحصول على الدعم الفني والموارد.4.9 يحافظ على منطقة عمل نظيفة ومرتبة

5.1.1 Diploma in Computer System and Network Technology

5.2.1 Must have good communication skills.Must be very resourceful and systematic in approach to any problem.Proficient in all computer applications and software.
 
Should have worked as a Computer Technician for at least 2 years. Knowledge in PC assembly, trouble  software or driver installation and basic knowledge in Network (LAN or wireless LAN). 

5.1.1 دبلوم في نظام الكمبيوتر وتكنولوجيا الشبكات5.2.1 يجب أن يكون لديك مهارات التواصل الجيد.يجب أن يكون الحيلة جدا ومنهجية في نهج لأية مشكلة.يبرع في جميع تطبيقات الكمبيوتر والبرامج.يفضل أن يكون قد عمل فني كمبيوتر لمدة عامين على الأقل. المعرفة في تجميع أجهزة الكمبيوتر الشخصية ، أو مشكلة في تثبيت برنامج التشغيل أو معرفة أساسية في الشبكة (LAN أو الشبكة المحلية اللاسلكية).
