Boiler Technician

• Troubleshoot, boilers make repairs on fuel and gas lines , heaters , compressors, pumps, motors , pressure reducing stations , controllers and heat exchangers.

• Direct boiler work such as tube, heater and brick work, casing work and fluent work.

• Inspect fuel tanks.

• Prepare and maintain records on water treatment, fuel and chemicals.

• Operate boilers and controls.

• Carry out maintenance, repair on steam, hot water boilers and auxiliary equipments.

• Maintain tools in good condition work to preventive maintenance schedules and existing safety practices.

• Promptly reports any faults or defects and take appropriate action in emergency situations.

• Carry out cleaning and good housekeeping duties throughout service building, pump room, boiler house and associated areas.

• Monitor, all water treatment plant and equipment including water softener, R.O. Plant, water deionizer and chemical dosing pumps.

• Responsible for plant and personnel safety during duty hours.

• Maintain and repair of laundry equipments, machineries such as washing machine dryers, folder machine and ironers.

Must be able to speak, read and write English with enough proficiency to understand and follow technical specifications, work orders, blueprints schematic drawings and service manuals with accuracy
