Duties and Responsibilities
Performs his/her duties and tasks as per Hospital Policy and Agreement on Professional Code of Conduct.
Actively participates in all quality and performance improvement activities within the department/service and within the hospital as per Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Plan.
Actively participates in all the education requirement and activities as per the Hospital Education Program.
Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the scope of practice and employment contract.
Monitor and updates of PPGs for all departments (Medical and Non-Medical). Monitor the implementation and compliance of current Accreditation Standards e.g. JCI, CBAHI, CAP and HIMSS.
Monitor the Adherence to CBAHI standards for Health care institutions.
Implement the Continuous Quality Improvement Program as per MODHS regulations.
Monitor implementation of all MODHS By-Laws (Staff and Programme by Laws).
Monitor implementation and use of standardized MODHS Forms.
Coordinate training of All Staff about implementation of Accreditation Standards.
Prepare for internal assessment visits for Military Healthcare Facilities.
Prepare for All consulting and/or evaluating visits arranged by MODHS
Follow up all Quality Improvement recommendations in accreditation visit and report the feedback to Director of CQI&PSD.
Plan, develop policies System Control in consultation with the CQI Director.
Develop and implement an effective means of control of documentation.
Provide support to Military Healthcare Facilities on CQI.
Develop and provide Training/Orientation Program on System Control to Military Healthcare Facilities.
Report non-compliance on System Control within the Military Healthcare Facilities to the CQI Division Director.
Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Skills
Ability to prepare, analyze and interpret statistical reports, general reports, professional literature, technical procedures and governmental regulations.
Negotiating and influencing skills.
Excellent communications and presenting skills, to be able to inform and persuade both orally and in writing.
