Job Description
- The Payroll Supervisor is responsible for
- Preparation of Billing Schedules required by PMD Auditors, e.g. Overtime, Locums, Travel Cost and Service Award on a timely manner.
- Overtime –Format of Overtime Summary.
- Locums – Translation of Locums Payment Vouchers. Photocopy Contracts of each Locum employee. Format of Locums Summary.
- Travel Cost – Ensure that Travel Cost of each employee’s document are attached and correctly billed as per Terms and Condition. Format of Travel Cost Summary.
- Service Award – Ensure that each employee’s documents are attached and data are accurately input and double-checked prior to submission.
- Assist in the input of all payroll related data ensuring its accuracy and compliance with Hospital Policy.
- Assist with employee queries regarding the status of their pay.
- Preparation of Locum Timesheet for Billing purposes and attaching salary computation copy of contracts.
- Assists in the distribution of payslips to hospital staff on the designated payday.
- Preparation of monitoring Cash Box Payments upon submission to GL supervisor.
- Ensure that all information held on Payroll system is strictly confidential.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly timesheets for distribution to department.
- Assist in arranging timesheets for the month for submission to PMD auditor. Check the relevant documentation affecting vacation, unpaid leave and sick leave are attached to the timesheets.
- Preparation of all Funding Forms to Riyadh.
- Carrying out any project or other analytical work required by the Head of Payroll and Payroll Supervisor.
Skills Description
- Computer literate and competent on Window’s based financial and other packages.
- Experience in service industry preferable, although not necessary in healthcare.
- Must demonstrate the ability to take on responsibility and be able to support the Payroll Supervisor and the Finance Director in all areas.
- Experience in the Middle East would be an advantage, although not essential.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Preference will always be given to promoting in house where possible.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
