نائب اول - طب شيخوخة (Senior Registrar in Geriatric Medicine)

1 Abides by the Medical Staff Bylaws, Code of Medical Ethics, Rules and Regulations of the Medical Staff and those specific to the department.
2 Uses clinical skills and methods appropriate to Home Health Care setting to analyze the patient's complaints and establish a plan of action in his/her best interest.
3 Initiates investigations which will confirm, establish or rule out diagnosis, or be of benefit to the patient.
4 Refers patients for appropriate specialist opinion or treatment as deemed necessary for the patient.
5 Establishes a therapeutic relationship with patients/families in an effort to promote compliance and shared participation in a caring environment.
6 Follows up those patients with on-going or chronic illness or when a therapeutic response requires evaluation.
7 Carries other clinical duties as assigned by the Director of Home Health Care and in accordance with individually approved clinical privileges.
8 Teaches of staff assigned for training purposes, and participates with the Director of Home Health Care and the Consultant in planning a programme of career development for trainees.
9 Participates in the improvement of quality of patient care (Total Quality Management Programme, Quality Assessment Improvement Programme), as applicable.
10 Fulfills the requirements of the Saudi Council for Health Specialties with regard to continuing medical education.
11 Participates in or actively supports approved research projects.
12 Deputises for his superior as required and shares workload in his specialty during the absence of his colleagues.
13 Strives to improve his clinical expertise as well as standard of practice with regard to morbidity and cost effectiveness.
14 To participate in the Major Disaster Plan of the hospital, as indicated.
15 Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities, within the hospital and/or affiliated medical facilities.

1 يلتزم باللوائح الداخلية للموظفين الطبيين ، ومدونة أخلاقيات مهنة الطب ، ولوائح وأنظمة الطاقم الطبي وتلك الخاصة بالقسم.
2 يستخدم المهارات والطرق السريرية المناسبة لإعداد الرعاية الصحية المنزلية لتحليل شكاوى المريض ووضع خطة عمل لمصلحته.
3 يشرع في التحقيقات التي تؤكد أو تؤسس أو تستبعد التشخيص ، أو تكون مفيدة للمريض.
4 يحيل المرضى للحصول على رأي متخصص مناسب أو علاج حسب الضرورة للمريض.
5 يؤسس علاقة علاجية مع المرضى / الأسر في محاولة لتعزيز الامتثال والمشاركة المشتركة في بيئة رعاية.
6 يتابع هؤلاء المرضى الذين يعانون من مرض مزمن أو مستمر أو عندما تتطلب الاستجابة العلاجية التقييم.
7 يحمل واجبات سريرية أخرى يحددها مدير الرعاية الصحية المنزلية ووفقًا للامتيازات السريرية المعتمدة بشكل فردي.
8 يقوم بتدريس الموظفين المعينين لأغراض التدريب ، ويشارك مع مدير الرعاية الصحية المنزلية والمستشار في التخطيط لبرنامج التطوير الوظيفي للمتدربين.
9 يشارك في تحسين جودة رعاية المرضى (برنامج إدارة الجودة الشاملة ، برنامج تحسين تقييم الجودة) ، حسب الاقتضاء.
10 يستوفي متطلبات الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية فيما يتعلق بالتعليم الطبي المستمر.
11 يشارك في أو يدعم بنشاط المشاريع البحثية المعتمدة.
12 ينيب عن رئيسه بالشكل المطلوب ويشاركه أعباء العمل في تخصصه أثناء غياب زملائه.
13 يسعى إلى تحسين خبرته السريرية بالإضافة إلى مستوى الممارسة فيما يتعلق بالمراضة وفعالية التكلفة.
14- المشاركة في خطة الطوارئ الكبرى للمستشفى كما هو محدد.
15 يؤدي المهام والواجبات المطبقة الأخرى المعينة في نطاق معارفه ومهاراته وقدراته ، داخل المستشفى و / أو المرافق الطبية التابعة.

1 Graduate from a recognized medical school
2 Saudi Board or equivalent higher qualification in Family Medicine.
3 Subspecialty in Geriatric Medicine.
4 Specialized professional post higher qualification experience in Family and
Community Medicine - Home health Care for a minimum of two (2) years
5 Some post qualification experience in Family and Community Medicine Home health Care (Category C and D hospitals).
6 Self motivated and with awareness of current trends in the field
7 Ability to speak, write and read Arabic and English
8 Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.

1 تخرج من كلية طب معترف بها
2 البورد السعودي أو مؤهل عالي في طب الأسرة.
3 تخصص فرعي في طب الشيخوخة.
4 مهني متخصص بعد المؤهل العالي خبرة في الأسرة و
طب المجتمع - رعاية صحية منزلية لمدة لا تقل عن سنتين (2)
5 بعض الخبرة بعد التأهيل في طب الأسرة والمجتمع والرعاية الصحية المنزلية (مستشفيات من الفئة C و D).
6 الدافع الذاتي والوعي بالاتجاهات الحالية في هذا المجال
7 القدرة على التحدث والكتابة والقراءة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية
8 القدرة على العمل في بيئة متعددة الثقافات.
