Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities:
- Identify requirements and specifications and put together feasibility reports and project proposals.
- Keep detailed and updated drawings for the hospital buildings.
- Compile project specifications.
- Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality and functional design.
- To conduct on-site visits to check on project status and provide update to superiors.
- Ensure that all projects are carried out within budget and timeline, specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
- Coordinate with other Engineers, Technicians and Contractors regarding construction and maintenance projects.
- Perform other duties/tasks within the realm of his knowledge and abilities as required.
Skills
Specialized knowledge:
- Expert knowledge of building materials, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software’s.
Personal qualities / skills:
- Good communication and project management skill.
Education/Licensure:
- Bachelors Degree in Architectural Engineering
- Registration in Saudi Council of Engineers.
