Duties and Responsibilities
4.1.1 Translating client requirements into highly specified briefly project.
4.1.2 Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both
technical and business suitability.
4.1.3 Creating logical and innovative solutions to complex problems.
4.1.4 Drawing up specific proposals for modified or replacement systems.
4.1.5 Working closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure
technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
4.1.6 Drawing up a testing schedule for the complete system.
4.1.7 Overseeing the implementation of a new system.
4.1.8 Planning and working flexibly to a deadline.
4.1.9 Writing user manuals.
4.1.10 Providing training to users of a new system
4.1.11 Keeping up to date with technical as well as industry sector
developments.
4.1.12 Supervising the process of developing new IT projects.
4.1.13 Supervising the process of doing backup operations projects.
4.1.14 Supervising the process of solving the offices problems through the
direct contact with them.
4.1.15 Supervising the process of providing developing enhancements,
resolving issues, coordinating testing of statement.
4.1.16 Providing technology recommendations and solutions.
4.1.17 Identifying challenges, recommending and implementing solutions.
4.1.18 Managing and executing projects.
4.1.19 Analyzing and preparing application technical specifications, program
applications.
4.1.20 Testing and reliably implementing applications, Optimizing

4.1.21 Developing the Documenting business process flows for specific
implementations.
4.1.22 Acting as a liaison and analyst on behalf of users to identify, understand
and document business requirements.
4.1.23 Providing project documentation (business specifications) and assisting in
conducting internal walkthroughs.
4.1.24 Performing all facets of reviewing and unit testing system changes and
implementation plans, in order to ensure the stability, reliability and
effectiveness of production systems.
4.1.25 Analyzing user problems and requests, determining if user problems or
requests should be handled by file definition changes or program modification.
4.1.26 Participating in and supporting continuous quality improvement.
4.1.27 Advising both users and systems staff in the use of software applications.
4.1.28 Overseeing the operation and development of interfaces between the
various computer systems.
4.1.29 Analyzing, designing, implementing, and problem solving services.
4.1.30 Identifying and recommending improvements to existing processes.
4.1.31 Preparing unit test plans and execute unit testing.
4.1.32 Investigating and resolving system problems in a timely manner.
4.1.33 Performing other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
4.1.34 Protects operations by keeping information confidential.
4.1.35 Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping
information confidential.
4.1.36 Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational
workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal
networks; participating professional societies.
4.1.37 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills
5.1.1 Bachelor in Computer Science.
5.1.2 Master's degree in the fields of information technology and computer science. Professional certificates.
5.1.3 Technical Courses.
5.2 Experience:
5.2.1 Preferably he has years of experience in the fields of information technology and computer related programming.
