المساعدة والمحافظة على علاقات العمل مع الموظفين الآخرين وتنسيق العمل لتسهيل عمليات الإدارات الشاملة

يضمن الاطلاع على خطط الحريق والسلامة ، وحالات الطوارئ ، وسلامة العمل ، وأي خطط أخرى تعتبر ضرورية ، والامتثال لها

يحافظ على علاقات جيدة مع إدارة التشغيل والصيانة

المساعدة في حضور جميع الاجتماعات عند الاقتضاء من قبل مدير المستشفى

يساعد ويحضر جميع المناسبات المعنوية لموظفي الصيانة والتظلمات وتسهيل علاقات عمل جيدة بين الأقسام

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist and maintains working relationships with staff of other and coordinate work to facilitate overall departmental operations

Ensures that Fire & Safety, Emergency, Work Safety, and any other plans deemed necessary, are familiarized and complied with

Maintains good relations with the O&M Directorate

Assist in attending all meetings as and when required by the Hospital Director

Assist and attends to all matters of maintenance staff morale and grievances and facilitate good working relations between sections

Specialized Knowledge

Computer Literate

Composure and health

Proven ability to liaise and coordinate

Good manpower management record

Training, or past experience in Fire, Safety, and other disciplines

Knowledge of engineering practices

Ability to manage multi - national - cultural labour force
