Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

 

 

 

  • Ensures through his/her actions, either directly or indirectly, that a superior quality of medical treatment, compassion and understanding is given to every patient served at the Prince Sultan Cardiac Center.

 

 

 

 

 

  • Coordinates recruitment logistics for employees on international and local employment contracts.

 

 

 

 

 

  • Ensures the completeness of candidate’s presentations and Curriculum Vitas’ (CVs) and submits them for approval.

 

 

 

 

 

  • Processes all recruitment transactions and Recruitment Request Forms (RRFs), including entering RRF information into the database, preparing folders, appropriate filing of documents and notifying international recruitment firms of vacant positions..

 

 

 

 

 

  • Liaises with all overseas recruitment agencies to coordinate job offers, contract and visa details.

 

 

 

 

 

  • Prepares reports on a weekly, monthly and ad-hoc basis detailing status of vacant, filled and positions in process.

 

 

 

 

 

  • Assesses the services provided by international recruitment agencies, processes invoices and liaises regarding staffing issues.

 

 

  • Works with Department Heads to prepare draft advertisements including writing, arranging for advertisements to be posted and distributed to appropriate sources.

 

 

 

 

 

  • Deals with the initial screening of employment applications.

 

 

 

 

 

  • Tracks CVs and identifies where candidates are in the approval process

 

 

 

 

 

  • Liaises with Housing and Travel Departments to arrange for housing allocation and ticketing

 

 

 

 

 

  • Responds to general inquiries from “walk-in” applicants, candidates, departments and recruitment agencies

 

 

 

 

 

  • Updates the PSCC recruitment website as necessary

 

 

 

 

 

  • General typing and other clerical tasks as necessary

 

 

 

 

 

  • Performs other related duties as required.

  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.

 

 

 

 

 

  • Very good at speaking, writing and reading English.

 

 

 

 

 

  • Fully aware of the Saudi Labor Law.
