1. Process the replenishment of items by reviewing the Low Stock Initial Decision
(LSID){AMU, Stock levels, recommend quantity-available stock, on order quantities,
etc} to determine the sufficient/appropriate quantities requested and delivery date.
2. Review all the daily, weekly, monthly computer reports that are related to perpetual
inventory records and ensure that proper action is taken as necessary in a timely manner.
3. Assist senior clerks and user departments in resolving queries regarding internal
requisitions (IVs, AMU, dues-out, availability of items).
4. Participate in the annual inventory exercise.
5. Liaise with the Purchasing Department to expedite NIL stock, below safety stock items.
6. Process change order requests as needed (overstock/NIL stock /below safety stock) or as
per department requests.
7. Determine the quantity needed while borrowing/loans from other hospital and
instructions.
8. Advise/assist Material Management (receiving section) on the queries regarding
quantities/expiry dates for items on received.
9. Liaise with the user departments in scheduling direct issue items/quantity deliveries.

10. Coordinate with the Material Planners regarding the Medical/Technical queries and ask
for updating stock levels as needed.
11. Answer purchasing queries regarding offered expiry dates approval/delivery dates, etc.
12. Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee's
knowledge, skills and abilities.

1. Experience/familiarity with Ms Office applications e.g. Word, Excel etc.
2. Knowledge of medical material.
3.  Good standard of spoken and written in English.
