Duties and Responsibilities
- To ensure all Maintenance office records are maintained in an efficient and confidential manner.
- Ensures that correspondence is related in a timely manner to management, Supervision and staff.
- Maintains supply ledgers and department records of requisitions, receiving reports and special project work records completed by the Department..
- Ensures the maintenance of personnel records to include timesheets, payroll data, Vacation scheduling, performance evaluations, check-in and checkout sheets, attendance records and any disciplinary or commendations for the employees.
- Responsible for maintenance of stock records and inventory items of the Maintenance department.
- Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his knowledge, skills and abilities in all sites belonging to the Armed Forces Hospitals - Taif Region as required by the Al Hada Maintenance Administrator and/or Regional Maintenance Administrator.
Skills
- Knowledge of Database programs and Microsoft office.
- Proficiency in English language (speaking, reading and writing) well enough to communicate, respond and understand work instructions.
