Duties and Responsibilities
1. Maintain equilibrium of workload for all assigned staff.
2. Supervise the Clerks in order to ensure they are gainfully employed at all times.
3. Provide clerical support to the department.
4. Make sure that all documents are filed properly.
5. Be responsible for the orientation and training of new staff.
6. Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee?s
knowledge, skills and abilities.
1. Bilingual ability both written and spoken in English and Arabic.
2. Familiarity with basic computer applications.
Diploma For Two (2) years in Administrative field
