Duties and Responsibilities
1.Administer the following respiratory modalities:
1.1Aerosol Therapy
1.2Incentive Spirometry
1.3Chest Physiotherapy
2.Obtain capillary blood sample to measure and monitor blood glucose level, reporting deviations.
3.Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment.
4.Attend and participate during emergency calls.
5.Performs Pulmonary Function Testing.
6.Prepares reusable supplies for sterilizations.
7.Attends and participate in staff development program.
8.Assist in the orientation of new hires.
Skills
Provision of respiratory care needs for each patient in achieving the therapeutic objectives established by the Attending Physicians and the Respiratory Therapist.
