1. Process the new Medical stock items an ensure that no duplicate item has already enter
in the supply catalogue.
2. Classify the new Medical items, either as a stock item, insurance stock item or direct
issue item, maintain the item usage and history and maintain a continuously supply of all
items.
3. Coordinate with all Medical Departments the slow moving and neat to be expired items
and coordinate with the Medical Departments and user department in increase and
decrease of item monthly usage with respect to the Dental and therapeutic committee.
4. Assist in preparing and allocating the annual PSMMC budget and consumption every
year.
5. Review the last 12 months of items issuance and any potential changes in the Average
Monthly Usage (AMU).
6. Assist in Quantifying the Medical Departments items for the PSMMC annual
consumption in the annual order.
7. Check the quantities in the tender after final approval.
8. Update the item details such as description, strength, concentration, unit and volume.

9. Generate and review the reports of zero stick, below safety level stock, slow moving
stock and over stock.
10. Process a purchase request for the items with the quantities required.
11. Participate with Coordinating with Purchasing Department on the outstanding purchase
request and overdue purchase order delivery.
12. Adjust the stock item with discrepancy in quantities.
13. Process all the stock items brought through petty cash.
14. Check all the items referred by the receiving area.
15. Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employees knowledge, skills and abilities.

1. Good knowledge Medical planning applications.
2. Knowledge of any relevant government regulation pertaining to pharmaceuticals supply, planning and management.

3. Good standard of oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
4.  Computer literacy.
5. Good understanding of the relationship between quality and production

Two (2) years Diploma in Related Health Science or equivalent qualification-Valid registration from Saudi Commission for Health Specialties
