3.1 Adhere to Hospital Wide Policy and Procedure.
3.2 Document basic patient's information correctly in the patient files.
3.3 Take vital signs including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate, height and
weight as applicable.
3.4 Provide patients personal care to enhance the their experience.
3.5 Assist in turning and repositioning patient to prevent pressure injury.
3.6 Assist in lifting patients on and off the beds, examination beds, wheelchairs, etc.
3.7 Make beds, change bedsheets, and assists with making the patient comfortable during
bed rest.
3.8 Restocks examination rooms with care-related supplies as needed.
3.9 Assist patient with self-care activities where patients cannot manage alone.
3.10 Orients the patient to the ward, inpatient setting, clinic and services as applicable.
3.11 Assist in collection of specimens such as (urine, feces, or sputum as directed for
laboratory test).
3.12 Assist or help requests from patients.
3.13 Translate needs of hospitalized patients to colleagues who Arabic is not their first language.
3.14 Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee's
knowledge, skills, and abilities

2.  Ability to work effectively within a multi-cultural environment.
3.  Ability to deal calmly with task and diplomacy to patients.
4.  Ability to communicate effectively via telephone or discussion.
