Duties and Responsibilities
1.Amalgam filling classes l, ll, V cavities.
2.Composite restoration classes l, ll, lll, lV, V cavities (Bonded Composite Restoration).
3.Pins and Pin retained restoration (multilated tooth).
4.Post and Post retained restoration (post, core and crown for all teeth).
5.Inlay, onlay restorations (cast gold restorations).
6.Placing the temporary crown and temporary filling for all teeth.
7.Glass ionomer cement restoration classes l, ll, lll, lV, V cavities.
8.Root canal procedure for pedo and adult.
9.Root canal treatment for single rooted and double rooted tooth.
10.Implant of freshly avulsed tooth.
11.Construction of all types of bridges. Long span and short span bridges (preparation and delivery).
12.Construction of partial and complete denture (acrylic or vitallium), immediate denture and over denture (impression and delivery).
13.Extraction of simple LG ll, lll, remaining root (not surgical procedure).
14.Help the Consultants.
15.Giving oral health talks.
16.Participate in departmental and hospital wide quality management activities.
17.Performs other duties within the realm of his qualification and experiences.
Skills
1.Basic knowledge of computers and information technology as applied to the medical sciences.
2.Knowledge of Internet resources of medical specialties and necessary skills of retrieving suitable information from the Internet.
3.He should have detailed knowledge about all common diseases in his field.
4.Must possess communicative, analytical, manually dexterous and technical skills which are necessary to carry out duties and responsibilities of his job.
5.Self-motivated and with awareness of current trends in the field.
6.Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
7.Ability to speak, write and read Arabic and English.
