صيدلي (Pharmacist)

1. Participates in the daily dispensing practices (e.g. medication order review, checking, unit-dose dispensing, medication reconciliation) in a professional and ethical manner

2. All interventions, medication errors, ADRs must be reported and the potentials to be discussed during the staff meetings

3. Assists in stock control within the pharmacies and coordinate with warehouse, clinics, nurse stations and physicians to dispense near expiry medications whenever appropriate.

4. To supervise technicians in aseptic and non-aseptic compounding including parenteral nutrition.

5. Counsel patients on the effects, dosage and route administration treatment of the drugs.

6. Respond to drug information queries in a timely and professionalmanner.

7. Refer pending and unresolved difficulties to senior level (e.g. senior Pharmacist, area supervisor or clinical Pharmacist)

8. Help Senior Pharmacist(s) to smoothly operate the area without unnecessary delay.

9. Performs other duties as requested.

10. Documentation and maintenance of related files on daily basis is a must.

5. إرشاد المرضى حول الآثار والجرعة وطريقة العلاج من الأدوية.

6. الرد على الاستفسارات المتعلقة بالمعلومات الدوائية في الوقت المناسب وباحترافية طريقة .

7. قم بإحالة الصعوبات المعلقة والتي لم يتم حلها إلى المستوى الأعلى (مثل صيدلي أول أو مشرف منطقة أو صيدلي إكلينيكي)

 1  Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical sciences or entry level (undergraduate) 

2 He prefers to have Three years of experience as a hospital pharmacist in a Minimum 200 bedded hospital 

3 Ability to work independently and handle stress appropriately.

4 Ability to supervise and work cooperatively with pharmacy and other departments staff.

5 Ability to handle frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload and work schedule.

6 Ability to set pridrities, make critical decisions, and respond quickly to emergency requests.

7 Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and in written).

8 Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee's knowledge, skills and abilities

9 Covers 24 hours on call duties, evening and night shifts, weekends and holidays or as directed by HOD.

6 القدرة على تحديد الاعتزازات واتخاذ القرارات الحاسمة والاستجابة بسرعة لطلبات الطوارئ.

7 القدرة على التواصل الفعال باللغة الإنجليزية (شفهيًا وكتابيًا).

8 أداء المهام والواجبات المطبقة الأخرى المعينة في مجال معرفة الموظف ومهاراته وقدراته

9 يغطي 24 ساعة من واجبات المكالمات ، والمناوبات المسائية والليلية ، وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات أو حسب توجيهات رئيس القسم.
