• Understand policies and procedures and apply them to meet patient’s needs as determined by the Medical staff.

• Communicate with the medical and nursing staff to clarify and solve difficulties.

•  Help other pharmacists to smoothly operate the area without unnecessary

• delay.

• Refer pending and unresolved difficulties to the area supervisor.

•  Understand the pharmacy computer system and use it appropriat ely and efficiently.

• Deal with prescriptions professionally and sign them after completion.

• Checlc end products before dispensing to patients.

• Counsel patients in a professional way.

•  Respond to any drug information or drug availability.

•  Report adverse drug reactions.

• Report medication errors .

• Responds to major disaster calls and any department demand .

• Assists in the orientation/training and continuous education programs .

• Attempts to attend lectures and symposiums for future promotion .

• Fulfills assignments made by the Administration.

• Fulfills any task might be asked to do by the area supervisor.
