• 1. Develop and coordinate all clinical pharmacy specialties and Assist the medical staff with
• selection of drug therapy and patient monitoring
• 2. In providing person-centered care, consultant pharmacists look at their patients holistically -
• - as individuals for whom quality of life and quality of care are mutually significant and
• necessary.
• 3. Serve as standing member of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee
• 4. Educates others in the clinical team as to medication management.
• 5. Participate in facility quality improvement programs; conduct clinician-training sessions,
• and ensure appropriate clinical practice guidelines are met and followed by the facility.
• 6. Participate, and develop clinical guidelines, and protocols as required.
• 7. Performs medical rounds and serves as preceptor or clinical instructor of clinical pharmacy
• residents, as appropriate
• 8. development and revision of pharmacy policies and procedures
• 9. Review drug utilization evaluating and implement them.
• 10. Analyze medication errors, and make corrective action.
• 11. Conduct clinical researches in cooperation with other staff.
• 12. Organize with other pharmacy staff symposiums, and workshops.
• 13. Serve as preceptor and program director for pgy-1 program.

 (Desirable) Experience in E-prescribing and upgrading pharmacy

computer systems, and automation.

PhD in clinical pharmacy or pgy-1 and pgy2
