• Troubleshoot whatever the problem that has arisen in the computer.

• They should also have depth knowledge about basic electrical wiring as they have to work with wires and electricity.

• They should also know how to completely assemble a whole computer.

• Should have the ability to work round clock as problems could arise anytime during the day.

• Performs other related tasks and duties within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Technician or any related computer technical courses or certificate.

• Have experience in configuring, testing, upgrading, repairing and maintaining network, personal computer, network devices and its peripherals.

• Knowledge of basic and advanced client side and server side operating systems

• Expertise in networking technologies like LAN, MAN, WAN and peripheral devices.

• Willingness to learn new skills.
