اخصائي علاج تنفسي (Respiratory Therapist Specialist)

.4.1. Provision of Respiratory care needs for each patient under his/her care.
4.2. Discuss the protocol of Respiratory care with Chief Respiratory Therapist and the attending physician.
4.3. Attend the following respiratory modalities:
4.3.1. Aerosol Therapy4.3.2. Incentive Spirometry4.3.3. Chest physiotherapy4.3.4. Tracheal aspiration and sputum collection.4.3.5. Pulmonary function tests.4.3.6. Extract arterial blood gas sample.
4.4. Attend patients in emergency calls.
4.5. Operates mechanical ventilators and conducts regular ventilator check up.
4.6. Coordinates and participates in special procedures and transportation of ventilated patients.
4.7. Coordinates and participates in special procedures and transportation of ventilated patients.
4.8. Maintains reparatory equipment, respiratory supplies as per policy.
4.9. Develops, and participates in routine education programs for Quality Management Methods and techniques to facilitate patient care and professional growth.
4.10. Coordinates in the development of departmental policies and procedures.
4.11. Assists in departmental administrative meetings and attends other meetings as required.
4.12. Assists and participates in staff development programs and in orientation of new hires.
4.13. Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employees knowledge, skills and abilities research projects.

4.1. توفير احتياجات الرعاية التنفسية لكل مريض تحت رعايته.

4.2. مناقشة بروتوكول الرعاية التنفسية مع رئيس المعالج التنفسي والطبيب المعالج.

4.3. احضر طرق التنفس التالية:

4.3.1. الهباء الجوي العلاج

4.3.2. قياس التنفس الحافز

4.3.3. العلاج الطبيعي للصدر

4.3.4. طموح القصبة الهوائية وجمع البلغم.

4.3.5. اختبارات وظائف الرئة.

4.3.6. استخراج عينة غاز الدم الشرياني.

4.4. حضور المرضى في مكالمات الطوارئ.

4.5. يشغل أجهزة التهوية الميكانيكية ويقوم بفحص جهاز التنفس الصناعي بانتظام.

4.6. ينسق ويشارك في الإجراءات الخاصة ونقل المرضى التهوية.

4.7. ينسق ويشارك في الإجراءات الخاصة ونقل المرضى التهوية.

4.8. يحافظ على المعدات التعويضية ، واللوازم التنفسية وفقا للسياسة.

4.9. تطوير ، والمشاركة في برامج التعليم الروتيني لأساليب إدارة الجودة والتقنيات لتسهيل رعاية المرضى والنمو المهني.

4.10. ينسق في تطوير سياسات وإجراءات الإدارات.

4.11. يساعد في الاجتماعات الإدارية الإدارات ويحضر اجتماعات أخرى كما هو مطلوب.

4.12. يساعد ويشارك في برامج تطوير الموظفين وتوجيه التعيينات الجديدة.

4.13. يؤدي المهام والواجبات المطبقة الأخرى المعينة في مجال مشاريع المعرفة والمهارات والقدرات البحثية للموظفين.

.6.1. Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy.
6.2. Registered Respiratory Therapist or equivalent.
6.3. Four (4)  years experience in providing critical respiratory care.
6.4. Experience of the full range of intensive care unit.
6.5. Fluent English language (Speaking and writing)
6.6. Arabic language skills preferred.

6.1. بكالوريوس العلوم في العلاج التنفسي.

6.2. المعالج التنفسي المسجل أو ما يعادلها.

6.3. أربعة (4) سنوات خبرة في تقديم الرعاية التنفسية الحرجة.

6.4. تجربة مجموعة كاملة من وحدة العناية المركزة.

6.5. اللغة الانجليزية بطلاقة (التحدث والكتابة)

6.6. مهارات اللغة العربية المفضل.
