اخصائي علاج إشعاعي (Radiation Therapist)

1 Perform as a Team member when selected and assigned as such by the Superintendent radiation therapist /Deputy Superintendent radiation therapist. As a Team member, he will act as partially InCharge of the Radiation Therapy Location (CT Simulator, Treatment Units and Brachytherapy). where other radiation therapist will be reporting directly to him. He is to ensure that all the required management and organization and its related highest standard and in an efficient manner and is in compliance with departmental and AFHSR policies and procedures.
2 Ensure that all the required daily, weekly and monthly Radiation Therapy QA procedures in the Mould Room, CT Simulator, Treatment Units and Brachytherapy Treatments Procedures is completed in a timely manner and is in compliance with the depaltmental and AFHSR policies and procedures.
3 Ensure that all the require Pre/During/Post Radiation Therapy QA Procedures in the Mould Room Procedures is completed in a timely manner and is in compliance with the departmental and AFHSR policies and procedures.

4 Inform. update and follow-up with the Superintendent/l)eputy radiation therapist on any issues that can affect the efficient running or may affect the quality care that need to be provided to the patients for the Radiation Therapy Procedures.
5 Assist the Deputy Superintendent radiation therapist to prepare and submit a monthly QA Audit review.
6 Assist the Deputy Superintendent radiation therapist and the Clinical Tutor to provide the required training program for the Radiation Therapy Students.
7 Continuously be updated V\ith the current Evidence-based clinical and technical knowledge related to Radiation Therapy.
8 Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee's

4 إعلام. التحديث والمتابعة مع المشرف / المعالج الإشعاعي eputy بشأن أي مشكلات يمكن أن تؤثر على التشغيل الفعال أو قد تؤثر على جودة الرعاية التي يجب تقديمها للمرضى من أجل إجراءات العلاج الإشعاعي.

5 مساعدة نائب المعالج الإشعاعي المشرف لإعداد وتقديم مراجعة شهرية لمراجعة ضمان الجودة.

6 مساعدة نائب المشرف العلاج الإشعاعي والمعلم السريري لتوفير البرنامج التدريبي المطلوب لطلاب العلاج الإشعاعي.

7 تحديث مستمر مع المعرفة السريرية والتقنية القائمة على الأدلة الحالية المتعلقة بالعلاج الإشعاعي.

8 أداء المهام والواجبات المطبقة الأخرى المعينة في مجال الموظف

1 Bachelor's or Associate degree/ Diploma in radiation therapy.
2 Valid registration from Saudi Commission for Health Specialist
3 Two (2) years of related experience as radiation therapist with Bachelor, or Four (4) years with Associate degree or Diploma.
