4.3 Helping patient and his family to accept doctors' advices through eliminate or decrease anxiety and fear that became from hospital atmosphere.

4.4 Making in-details report about medical, social, financial and educational aspects that will help the doctor in diagnosed the patient in a perfect way to make the suitable treatment plan

.4.5 Helping medical team to understand the importance of psychological, social aspects came with the disease.

4.6 In some psychosomatic cases that psychological and social factors had turn; the role of social worker is to eliminate that factors especially during the treatment period.

4.7 Convincing patient to continue treatment plan and informing him with complications if refuse to continue.

4.8 Explaining symptoms, reasons of the disease, protection way and treatment plan to the patient and his family.

4.9 Offering programs and activities to group of patients, either athletics, educational, entertainment, or social, especially for patients who will stay for long time.

4.10 Doing rounds and meets new patients during admission.

4.11 Knowing the program of General Medical Comity and other social authorities to help patients who need transfer to other medical establishments.

4.12 Participating in Yearly Healthy Week, to get more benefits through lectures, brochures, books and films which help to educate patients in health field.

4.13 Gathering and evaluate special information that related to treatment plan and available program of Medical Social Service.

4.14 Arrange suitable discharge plan for the patient and trying to make normal atmosphere for patient at home.

4.15 Offering social and psychological assist for patients who need that.

4.16 Attend meetings which organized by social service authorities if requested, and participating in comities according to orders the head of the department.

4.1 دراسة الأجواء العائلية للمريض ومعرفة ناتج مرضه واكتشاف أسباب فعالة من جوانب العلاقات المالية والتعليمية والصحية والاجتماعية.

4.2 دراسة العوامل المختلفة التي ساعدت على ظهور المرض والمؤسسات الطبية المختلفة التي زارها بانتظام مع تطورات مختلفة من العلاج.

4.3 مساعدة المريض وأسرته على قبول نصائح الأطباء من خلال القضاء على القلق أو الخوف الذي ينبعث من جو المستشفى أو تقليله.

4.4 إعداد تقرير مفصل حول الجوانب الطبية والاجتماعية والمالية والتعليمية التي ستساعد الطبيب في تشخيص المريض بطريقة مثالية لوضع خطة العلاج المناسبة.

4.5 مساعدة الفريق الطبي على فهم أهمية الجوانب النفسية والاجتماعية التي جاءت مع المرض.

4.6 في بعض الحالات النفسية الجسدية التي تحولت فيها العوامل النفسية والاجتماعية ؛ دور الأخصائي الاجتماعي هو القضاء على هذه العوامل وخاصة خلال فترة العلاج.

4.7 إقناع المريض بمواصلة خطة العلاج وإبلاغه بالمضاعفات إذا رفض الاستمرار.

4.8 شرح الأعراض وأسباب المرض وطريقة الحماية وخطة العلاج للمريض وعائلته.

4.9 تقديم برامج وأنشطة لمجموعة من المرضى ، إما ألعاب رياضية أو تعليمية أو ترفيهية أو اجتماعية ، خاصةً للمرضى الذين سيبقون لفترة طويلة.

4.10 القيام بجولات وتلبية مرضى جدد أثناء القبول.

4.11 معرفة برنامج Comity Medical General والسلطات الاجتماعية الأخرى لمساعدة المرضى الذين يحتاجون إلى نقل إلى مؤسسات طبية أخرى.

4.12 المشاركة في أسبوع صحي سنوي ، للحصول على المزيد من الفوائد من خلال المحاضرات والكتيبات والكتب والأفلام التي تساعد على تثقيف المرضى في المجال الصحي.

4.13 جمع وتقييم المعلومات الخاصة المتعلقة بخطة العلاج والبرنامج المتاح للخدمة الاجتماعية الطبية.

4.14 رتب خطة تفريغ مناسبة للمريض ومحاولة تهيئة جو طبيعي للمريض في المنزل.

4.15 تقديم المساعدة الاجتماعية والنفسية للمرضى الذين يحتاجون إلى ذلك.

4.16 حضور الاجتماعات التي تنظمها سلطات الخدمة الاجتماعية إذا طلبت ، والمشاركة في comities وفقا لأوامر رئيس القسم.

 B.A. Degree in (Social Service/ sociology), considering that the Medical Social Worker will be in a trial period in the beginning of hiring according to rules and related policies.  

5.2 Experiences:

5.2.1 Complete familiarity with social service job through knowledge, philosophy, goals, concepts and moralities.

5.2.2 Familiarity with administrative system in medical social service, policies and the following procedures in medical establishments.

5.2.3 Having skills that will help to make social relations and the ability to keep and continues them.

5.2.4 Linguistic knowledge that will support speaking and discussing ability and having the ability to communicate in both languages Arabic and English.

5.2.5 Having courses of knowledge and abilities renewal which will help to be aware of development in social and psychological sciences.

الشهادة الجامعية الاولى شهادة في (الخدمة الاجتماعية / علم الاجتماع) ، معتبرا أن الأخصائي الاجتماعي الطبي سيكون في فترة تجريبية في بداية التوظيف وفقا للقواعد والسياسات ذات الصلة.

5.2.1 الألفة الكاملة مع وظيفة الخدمة الاجتماعية من خلال المعرفة والفلسفة والأهداف والمفاهيم والأخلاق.

5.2.2 الإلمام بالنظام الإداري في الخدمة الاجتماعية الطبية والسياسات والإجراءات التالية في المؤسسات الطبية.

5.2.3 وجود مهارات من شأنها أن تساعد في جعل العلاقات الاجتماعية والقدرة على الحفاظ عليها واستمرارها.

5.2.4 المعرفة اللغوية التي تدعم القدرة على التحدث ومناقشة القدرة على التواصل باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

5.2.5 وجود دورات لتجديد المعرفة والقدرات التي ستساعد على إدراك التطور في العلوم الاجتماعية والنفسية.
