Duties and Responsibilities
• Monitor and document a program For patient safety.
• Document, monitor and analyze incident reports and sentinel event and put action plan to prevent it reoccurrence.
• Monitor, Analyze and reduce medical errors in all departments and implement an action plan to reduce it
• Report all medical errors report to patient safety division.
• Monitor and reduce risk in work environment and encourage staff to improve work environment.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
