اخصائي تقنية تخدير (Anesthesia Specialist)

1. Takes responsibility for the direct delivery of professional and competent patient care by promoting quality care standards.
2. The anaesthesia technician must remain with the patient at induction and should nc;t go out of operating room unless the Consultant anaesthetist gives permission to leave.
3. To check the anaesthesia machine and intubation tools every morning.
4. Intubation tray has to be prepared pre — operatively. Invasive transducers has to be prepared pre — operatively according to the request of the anaesthetist.
5. To provide all equipment and drugs as required by the anaesthetist prior to the commencement of the procedure.
6. To attach all monitoring equipment requested by the anaesthetist.
7. To set up I.V. equipment, assist with venepuncture and securing of same.
8. Assist in positioning of patient. Ensures correct positioning/alignment of patient on operative field with no medical legal hazards regarding patient injuries.
9. During intubation, by handling instruments requires, assistance with perforrning cricoids pressure or manipulation of the larynx, inflating the cuff and securing the tube.
10. The anaesthesia technician must be available at a short notice during maintenance of an anaesthetic.
11. The anaesthesia technician must remain with the anaesthetist and patient at the completion of an anaesthetic to provide assistance. He has to assist effectively in the whole anaesthesia care according to the patient needs and anaesthetist request.
12. Assisting with extubation.
13. Disconnecting the patient from the monitor when indicated by the anaesthetist.
14. The anesthesia technician has to wipe the cables by saniwipe cloth, change the breathing filter, cleans the laryngoscope blade between cases.
15. It is the responsibility of the anaesthesia technician to follow all the general memorandum and instructions of the hospital as a qualified staff.

16. After the cases, the anaesthesia technician must clean all the anaesthesia machine and equipment according to infection control guidelines.
17. Anaesthesia technician must refill the anaesthesia trolley before leaving the OR suite.
18. Breathing circuits has to be disposed end of the day.
19. Going out of the operating suite is unacceptable without informing the Supervisor of Anaesthesia Technician.

  7. لإنشاء I.V. المعدات ، والمساعدة في بزل الوريد وتأمين نفسه.
  8. المساعدة في تحديد موقع المريض. يضمن الوضع الصحيح / المحاذاة الصحيحة للمريض في مجال الجراحة مع عدم وجود مخاطر قانونية طبية فيما يتعلق بإصابات المريض.
  9. أثناء التنبيب ، عن طريق التعامل مع الأدوات ، تتطلب المساعدة في ثقب ضغط cricoids أو التلاعب بالحنجرة ، وتضخيم الكفة وتأمين الأنبوب.
  10. يجب أن يكون فني التخدير متاحًا في غضون مهلة قصيرة أثناء المداومة على التخدير.
  11. يجب أن يبقى فني التخدير مع طبيب التخدير والمريض عند الانتهاء من التخدير لتقديم المساعدة. يجب أن يساعد بشكل فعال في رعاية التخدير بأكملها وفقًا لاحتياجات المريض وطلب التخدير.

  13. فصل المريض عن الشاشة عندما يشير إليه طبيب التخدير.

  15. تقع على عاتق فني التخدير مسؤولية اتباع جميع المذكرات العامة والتعليمات الخاصة بالمستشفى كطاقم مؤهل.

  16. بعد الحالات يجب على فني التخدير تنظيف جميع أجهزة ومعدات التخدير حسب إرشادات مكافحة العدوى.
  17. يجب على فني التخدير إعادة ملء عربة التخدير قبل مغادرة جناح غرفة العمليات.
  18. يجب التخلص من دوائر التنفس في نهاية اليوم.
  19. الخروج من جناح العمليات غير مقبول بدون إبلاغ مشرف فني التخدير.
