اخصائي تغذية (NUTRITION SPECIALIST)

1 To have supervision over the technicians of nutrition in the department.
2 To direct the technicians and the workers in the areas of food preparation to take care of the nutritional values of food.
3 To ensure presenting balanced meals.
4 To follow-up food preparation for patients.
5 To supervise the preparation of the special meals.
6 To coordinate with the therapeutic nutrition specialist to arrange the work.
7 To take part in the nutritional and health enlightenment and education campaigns.
8 To execute any other duties specified for him within his specialization.

1-الإشراف على فنيي التغذية بالقسم.
2 توجيه الفنيين والعاملين في مجالات تحضير الطعام للاهتمام بالقيم الغذائية للطعام.
3 التأكد من تقديم وجبات متوازنة.
4 متابعة تحضير الطعام للمرضى.
5-الإشراف على إعداد الوجبات الخاصة.
6- التنسيق مع أخصائي التغذية العلاجية لترتيب العمل.
7- المشاركة في حملات التوعية والتثقيف الغذائية والصحية.
8- القيام بأية مهام أخرى تحدد له ضمن تخصصه.

1 Bachelor of General Nutrition . or a Bachelor of Nutritional Sciences and a training course for one year in general nutrition
2 SCFHS Registration.
3 Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of experience.
Good knowledge of human nutrition basics.
Good knowledge of the nutrition habits of the various communities.
4 The ability to contact and make good relations with the others. English language skills.

1 بكالوريوس تغذية عامة . أو بكالوريوس علوم التغذية ودورة تدريبية لمدة سنة في التغذية العامة
2 التسجيل في الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية.
3 الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة (1).
معرفة جيدة بأساسيات تغذية الإنسان.
معرفة جيدة بالعادات الغذائية للمجتمعات المختلفة.
4 القدرة على الاتصال وإقامة العلاقات الطيبة مع الآخرين. مهارات اللغة الإنجليزية.
