اخصائي تخاطب (Speech Therapist)

.1 Respond to referrals for speech-language Pathology services and render care withi division guidelines, including but not limited to: Assess, diagnosis, treat disorders related to speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, swallowing and fluency in Autism Center.

2 Use special instruments and qualitative and quantitative assessment method, including standardized test, to analyze and diagnose the nature and extent of impairments.

3 Modify assessment and interview techniques to assert with different age, sex and social group.

4 Help patient develop, or recover, reliable communication and swallowing skills so children with autism can fulfill their education, vocational and social roles by providing education.

5 Work with family members to recognize and change behavior patterns that impede communication and treatment and show them communication-enhancing techniques to use at home to ensure accuracy and completes of work performed.

6 Attend continuing education programs designed to improve competency 

7 Assist in division planning and development.

8 Attends and participate in departmental meetings.

9 Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of employees knowledge, skills and abilities.

1 الاستجابة للإحالات الخاصة بخدمات أمراض النطق واللغة وتقديم الرعاية مع إرشادات القسم ، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: التقييم والتشخيص وعلاج الاضطرابات المتعلقة بالكلام واللغة والتواصل المعرفي والصوت والبلع والطلاقة في مركز التوحد.

5 العمل مع أفراد الأسرة للتعرف على أنماط السلوك التي تعيق التواصل والعلاج وتغييرها وإظهار تقنيات تعزيز الاتصال لاستخدامها في المنزل لضمان الدقة وإكمال العمل المنجز.

6 حضور برامج التعليم المستمر المصممة لتحسين الكفاءة

7 المساعدة في تخطيط وتطوير القسم.

8 يحضر والمشاركة في اجتماعات الإدارات.

9 أداء المهام والواجبات الأخرى القابلة للتطبيق المعينة في مجال معرفة الموظفين ومهاراتهم وقدراتهم.

1 Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Studies or equivalent as PSC in Speech
2 Valid Registration from Saudi Commission for Health Specialties
3 Two (2) years experience in providing clinical services for children with Neurodevelopmental disorder
4 Excellent standard of oral and written communication skills in English
