أخصائي مختبر - Medical Technologist (مستشفى القوات المسلحة بالهدا)

The work performed by the technologist requires professional knowledge and competence in the field of clinical laboratory technology to:

• Perform, advise on, or supervise clinical laboratory testing of human blood, urine, and other body fluids or tissues.

• Interpret and apply complex written instructions.

• Use independent technical judgment to analyze and interpret laboratory results.

• Use manual and automated techniques to confirm test results.

• Develop data that physicians may use to determine the presence and extent of disease.

• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.

• Establish and monitor quality control systems and measures

• Teach basic theories, technical skills, and application of laboratory test procedures or equipment.

• Communicate, consult, and interact with other members of the healthcare team, external relations, customer service, and patient education.

يتطلب العمل الذي يقوم به أخصائي المختبر معرفة مهنية، وكفاءة في مجال المختبرات الطبية من أجل:

• إجراء أو تقديم المشورة أو الإشراف على الاختبارات المعملية السريرية لدم الإنسان والبول وسوائل أو أنسجة الجسم الأخرى.

تفسير وتطبيق التعليمات المكتوبة المعقدة.

 استخدام الحكم الفني المستقل لتحليل وتفسير نتائج المختبر.

•  استخدام التقنيات اليدوية والآلية لتأكيد نتائج الاختبارات.

•  تطوير البيانات التي قد يستخدمها الأطباء لتحديد وجود ودرجة المرض.

•  صيانة واستكشاف الأخطاء، وإصلاحها لأجهزة المختبرات.

• إنشاء ومراقبة نظم وإجراءات مراقبة الجودة.

•  تعليم النظريات الأساسية، والمهارات التقنية، وتطبيق إجراءات أو معدات الاختبار المعملي للمتدربين.

•  التواصل والتشاور والتفاعل مع الأعضاء الآخرين في فريق الرعاية الصحية، والعلاقات الخارجية، وخدمة العملاء، وتثقيف المرضى. 

• Medical Technologist with at least one-year generalist experience in chemistry, hematology, coagulation, microbiology, blood bank & urinalysis; experience with computer equipment and software.

• Solving problems.

• Good in Arabic and English.

• أخصائي مختبر  لديه خبرة عام على الأقل في الكيمياء ، أمراض الدم ، تخثر الدم ، علم الأحياء الدقيقة ، بنك الدم وتحليل البول ؛ تجربة مع معدات الكمبيوتر والبرمجيات.

• حل المشكلات.

• إتقان اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.
