Duties and Responsibilities
3.1 Provide legal opinion and advices as required by Director of Human Resource.
3.2 Follow-up government laws and regulations that affect the function of the facility'
3.3 Provide advice on preparing, drafting and/or negotiating contracts within or outside the
Kingdom as required and to assure concurrence with Saudi rules and regulations.
3.4 Review contracts to assure their concurrence with rules and regulations of the Kingdom.
3.5 Participate and assists in formulating and drafting rules and policies of the department
3.6 Taking statements from employees in the event of violation.
3.7 Represent hospital in legal matters that may be conducted inside the Kingdom as
required.
3.8 Participate in conducting legal studies, researches and recommends appropriate course of
action.
3.9 Provide legal opinion in legal questions raised by hospital departments.
3.10 Participate in committees in matters involving legal problems as required.
3.11 Participate in self and others education, training & development, as applicable.
3.12 Follow all hospital related policies and procedures.
3.13 Performs other duties/tasks within the realm of the individual's knowledge,skills and
abilities, as required.
Skills
6.1 Essential: Knowledge of Saudi and International Labor Laws.
6.3 Essential: Computer literate.
6.4 Essential: Excellent research, writing, and executive presentation skills.
7.0 PersonalQualities:
7.1 Essential: Good organization and communication skills.
7.2 Essential: Ability to work under pressure.
7.3 Essential: Ability to build strong rapport with Hospital senior executives and associates
based on knowledge, professionalism, and integrity
