Duties and ResPonsibilities:

3.2 Perform nursing process; assessment , planning , implementation and
evaluation of Patient care
3.3 Assess the needs of the patient and take action on changes in patient condition

appropriate medical care is given to all patients.
3.5 Ensure that appropriate consent is up to date/valid and maintained for patients

Leadership and Manaqement:
3.1I Act as a mentor to colleagues to provide support to all ward staff.

3.20 Monitor and keep updated the inventory for use of stock item and order as
