صيدلي اكلينيكي - Clinical Pharmacist

To practice and help develop clinical pharmacy and good pharmacy practices within the hospital.

To follow and implement Policy and Procedure Guidelines (PPG’s) of the Department and Hospital.

To assist with the design and implementation of Pharmacy Work Instructions.

To maintain safe, efficient, patient-orientated pharmaceutical care for pharmaceutical services within the hospital.

Be involved with aseptic dispensing including PN calculation with the assistance of technical staff.

Advise Medical and Nursing staff and assist with pharmaceutical patient care in accordance with the Good Practice Guides and Policy and procedures Guides of the Department.

Involvement with clinical audit and the setting of policies/guidelines for pharmacy related activities in the hospital.

Participate with the development and management of patient education and counselling.

To establish and promote training programs for Pharmacists and Technicians and be involved with those programs within the hospital that require a Pharmacy input.

القيام بمهام الصيدلة السريرية والمساعدة في تطوير الصيدلة الجيدة داخل المستشفى

متابعة وتنفيذ السياسات  والإجراءات للقسم والمستشفى

المساعدة في تصميم وتنفيذ تعليمات العمل الصيدلاني

الحفاظ على الرعاية الصيدلانية الآمنة والفعالة والموجهة نحو المريض للخدمات الصيدلانية داخل المستشفى

تقديم المشورة للطاقم الطبي والتمريض والمساعدة في رعاية المرضى الصيدلانيين وفقًا لأدلة الممارسة الجيدة وأدلة السياسات والإجراءات الخاصة بالقسم

المشاركة في التدقيق السريري ووضع السياسات / المبادئ التوجيهية للأنشطة المتعلقة بالصيدلة في المستشفى

المشاركة في تطوير وإدارة تثقيف المرضى وتقديم المشورة لهم

انشاء وتعزيز برامج التدريب للصيادلة والفنيين والمشاركة في تلك البرامج داخل المستشفى التي تتطلب مدخلات الصيدلة

The applicant must be able to demonstrate problem solving abilities.

The applicant must be able to liaise with other staff and clinicians on a professional level and have good interpersonal skills.

The applicant will be calm, caring person who is sensitive to the cultural differences inherent in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and those of other members of staff.

The applicant will maintain professional standards and attitudes at all times, in line with departmental and hospital expectations, policies and procedures

يجب أن يكون مقدم الطلب قادرًا على التواصل بالموظفين والأطباء الآخرين على المستوى المهني ولديه مهارات جيدة في التعامل مع الآخرين.

أن يكون المتقدم هادئًا ، ويهتم بشخص حساس للاختلافات الثقافية المتأصلة في المملكة العربية السعودية وتلك الخاصة بأعضاء الموظفين الآخرين.
