3.1.1 Coordinates appointrnents for diagnostic tests in a way that waiting times are
kept as short as possible.
3.1.2 Explaining and instructing patient about procedure to be performed.
3.1.3 To ensure safety of the procedure, a basic understanding of the equipment
used is essential. This is to maintain a professional relationship with
Biomedical Engineering (BME). Preventive maintenance of essential
equipment should be arranged. Equipment should be tested, calibrated if
necessary and cleaned.
3.1.4 To ensure accurate and systematic recording of cardiac data, conform the
annuals of the equipment and to inform the Supervisor in case any problem
with registration appears.

6.2. Ability to deal calmly, with tact and diplomacy to patient and staff alike.
