طبيب مقيم اسنان (Senior House Officer in Dentistry)

1 Abides by the Medical Staff Bylaws, Code of Medical Ethics, Rules and Regulations of the Medical Staff and those specific to the department.

2 Provides the highest attainable standard of dental care for the patients according to his approved clinical privileges.

3 To assist his senior colleagues in primary dental care clinics and other clinics in performing diagnostic work up or therapeutic procedures as required.

4 Participates in the on-call duties as required by the department.

5 To attend the teaching and training programme and outside the department.

6 Strives to improve his clinical expertise as well as standard of practice with regard to morbidity and cost effectiveness.

7 To work towards completing his postgraduate training and passing the Final Part of the Saudi Board or Fellowship.

8 Fulfills the requirements of the Saudi Council for Health Specialties with regard to continuing medical education

9 Shares workload in his specialty during the absence of his colleagues

10 Participates in the Major Disaster Plan of the hospital, as indicate

11 Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities

1 يلتزم باللوائح الداخلية للموظفين الطبيين ، ومدونة قواعد السلوك الطبي ، والقواعد واللوائح الخاصة بالطاقم الطبي وتلك الخاصة بالقسم.

2 يوفر أعلى مستوى يمكن بلوغه من رعاية الأسنان للمرضى وفقًا لامتيازاته السريرية المعتمدة.

3 لمساعدة زملائه الكبار في عيادات رعاية الأسنان الأولية والعيادات الأخرى في أداء العمل التشخيصي أو الإجراءات العلاجية كما هو مطلوب.

4 يشارك في واجبات تحت الطلب كما هو مطلوب من قبل الإدارة.

5 ـ حضور برنامج التدريس والتدريب وخارجه.

6 يسعى إلى تحسين خبرته السريرية بالإضافة إلى مستوى الممارسة فيما يتعلق بالمراضة وفعالية التكلفة.

7 ـ العمل على استكمال تدريبه بعد التخرج واجتياز الجزء الأخير من البورد السعودي أو الزمالة.

8 يستوفي متطلبات الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية فيما يتعلق بالتعليم الطبي المستمر

9- يشارك أعباء العمل في تخصصه أثناء غياب زملائه

10- يشارك في خطة الكوارث الكبرى للمستشفى حسب الإشارة

11 يؤدي مهام وواجبات أخرى قابلة للتطبيق يتم تكليفه بها في مجال معارفه ومهاراته وقدراته

1 Graduate from a recognized dental school.

2 Successful completion of the internship year.

3 Recent experience of One (l) year as SHO in dentistry.
