LPN (فني تمريض)

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Works with colleagues to ensure a good working environment in which patients receive a high standard of care

.2. Takes responsibility for the delivery of professional and competent patient care in conjunction with RGN 2.

3. Ensures that all hospital and unit having policies and procedures are adhered to.

4. Takes responsibility for ensuring safe lifting techniques

.5. Ensures that safe infection control policies are adhered to.

6. Completes all nursing documentation accurately and legibly and understands the importance and relevance of their confidential nature.

7. Ensures the safety and well-being of patients and staff in accordance with policies and procedures.

8. Documents and reports all accidents/incidents to Head Nurse/Charge Nurse.

9. Assists in data collection for monitoring and statistical purposes as assigned.

10. Establishes and develops effective communications with all staff of other disciplines, patients and relatives.

11. Reports and acts on changing conditions, needs and goals of patients.

12. Collaborates with other health team members to develop patient teaching plans.

13. Participates in collaborative approach to provide continuity of care through discharge planning for selected patients.

14. Collaborates with interdisciplinary health team members in establishing the plan of care foe selected patient population.

15. Assists with the resolution of problems on a shift-to-shift basis with appropriate documentation and follow up reports to the Head Nurse.

16. Participates in the maintenance and control of equipment and supplies.

17. Participates in staff orientation and on-going educational programmes.

18. Is responsible for own professional development and growth and remains updated in current professional practices.

19. Is responsible for keeping updated in Infection Control, Lifting and Handling, Fire and Safety and Disaster on a yearly basis.

20. Is responsible for keeping CPR certification on a yearly basis.

21. Is responsible for keeping Drug Calculation certification on a 2 yearly basis.

22. Carries out other duties appropriate to the role and the individual at the request of the Head Nurse/Charge Nurse

. يتولى مسؤولية تقديم الرعاية المهنية والمختصة للمرضى بالتزامن مع RGN 2.

. يتأكد من الالتزام بجميع المستشفيات والوحدات التي لديها سياسات وإجراءات.

. يتولى مسؤولية ضمان تقنيات الرفع الآمنة.

. يضمن الالتزام بسياسات مكافحة العدوى الآمنة.

. يكمل جميع وثائق التمريض بدقة وبشكل مقروء ويفهم أهمية وملاءمة طبيعتها السرية.

. يضمن سلامة ورفاهية المرضى والموظفين وفقا للسياسات والإجراءات.

. الوثائق وتقارير جميع الحوادث / الحوادث لرئيس الممرضات / الممرضة المسؤولة.

. يساعد في جمع البيانات لأغراض الرصد والإحصاء على النحو المحدد.

. يؤسس ويطور اتصالات فعالة مع جميع الموظفين من التخصصات الأخرى والمرضى والأقارب.

. تقارير ويعمل على تغيير ظروف واحتياجات وأهداف المرضى.

-يتعاون مع أعضاء الفريق الصحي الآخرين لتطوير خطط تعليم المريض.

. يشارك في نهج تعاوني لتوفير استمرارية الرعاية من خلال تخطيط الخروج للمرضى المختارين.

. يتعاون مع أعضاء الفريق الصحي متعدد التخصصات في وضع خطة رعاية مجموعة المرضى المختارين.

يساعد في حل المشاكل على أساس التحول إلى التحول مع الوثائق المناسبة وتقارير المتابعة إلى "رئيس الممرضة".

يشارك في صيانة ومراقبة المعدات واللوازم.

 يشارك في توجيه الموظفين والبرامج التعليمية المستمرة.

 مسؤول عن التطوير والنمو المهني الخاص به ويظل محدثًا في الممارسات المهنية الحالية.

. مسؤولة عن الحفاظ على تحديث في مكافحة العدوى والرفع والمناولة والحرائق والسلامة والكوارث على أساس سنوي.

 مسؤولة عن الحفاظ على شهادة CPR على أساس سنوي.

 مسؤول عن الاحتفاظ بشهادة حساب الأدوية على أساس 2 سنويًا.

ينفذ واجبات أخرى مناسبة للدور والفرد بناء على طلب رئيس الممرضات / الممرضة المسؤولة

# Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required:

# Educational Qualifications/Licensure:
#  Nursing Diploma of three years.

# Valid license to practice from the country of origin

# Must have Saudi Council Registration.
# Professional Experience:

# Specialized Knowledge:
# Good interpersonal skills.

# Possesses professional, friendly and warm demeanor with effective collaborative communication skills.

 بكالوريوس العلوم في التمريض أو دبلوم التمريض ثلاث سنوات.

 رخصة مزاولة سارية المفعول من دولة المنشأ

 يجب أن يكون مسجلاً في المجلس السعودي.
